One Hundred Posts Built Through Small, Consistent Steps
This year’s goal was simple: show up each week, share something useful, and slowly build my coaching network. Today marks post 100 and I’m grateful.
Today marks my 100th post this year.
When I started writing in April, the goal was simple: post twice a week. Show up consistently. Share something useful for someone who might need it.
That rhythm eventually grew into three posts a week. And with that kind of cadence, hitting 100 posts wasn’t a surprise, it was a matter of staying committed. Still, crossing that number today feels meaningful.
But looking back, what stands out isn’t the volume. It’s the commitment.
Writing every week forced me to slow down. It forced me to clarify what I believe about leadership and say things out loud that I had only shared in conversations or workshops.
It made me more intentional. More present. And more honest about what actually matters in leadership and life.
I’m grateful for everyone who’s been reading along. If even one post helped you take a small step forward, rethink a struggle, or lead with a little more clarity, then this has been worth the effort.
As I head into the next stretch of writing, I want to make sure I'm hitting the mark for you.
So, a question for you: As you look at your own leadership journey right now, what is the one biggest challenge you are hoping to solve in the next year?
Your perspective shapes what I write next and it helps me keep growing too.
